 PERSONAL PICK UP

 

Personal collection is characterized by:

  • ordered goods can be picked up personally at a branch in Malacky,
  • when your product is ready to be picked up, you will be notified by email or phone
  • in the case of personal collection it is possible to pay in cash, by prepayment (advance invoice) or to make an online payment by card
  • We do not charge any fees for personal collection, it is completely FREE.

WARNING: We ask our customers to wait for confirmation (e-mail and SMS) that the goods are ready for collection, to avoid misunderstandings and make your purchase smoother and more comfortable.

 


 

Delivery of "Package to Address" via Slovak Post is characterized by:

  • Fast, comfortable and reliable - the courier of the Slovak Post will deliver the shipment to you throughout Slovakia within two business days.
  • after shipping the shipment, you will be notified by email and sms message
  • You can track the shipment location based on the package reference number via customer administration or on this link
  • if the mail courier does not reach you at the delivery address indicated, he / she will leave a notice of deposit in your mailbox (storage time is up to 18 days if the shipment is not picked up, returns to us)
  • the order sent by the Slovak Post may be paid upon receipt of the so-called shipment. Cash on delivery, possibly before bank transfer or credit card
  • shipping charge is € 3.99 incl. VAT.

  


  

 
Delivery by SPS, Slovak Parcel Servic. is characterized by:
  • ordered goods are delivered by courier within 24 hours of shipping
  • customer who chooses this type of transport should be at the time of delivery at the address specified in the order (this is the most appropriate mode of transport if you wish to deliver the item to work). If the SPS courier does not reach you at the delivery address, he will contact you by phone and agree with you on the next delivery procedure.
  • after shipping the shipment, you will be notified by email and sms message

  • shipping charge is € 3.99 incl. VAT
  • The fee for transport outside Slovakia is 15 € with VAT

 

CAUTION- When you receive a shipment, check the condition of the package, especially if the black foil, JUNIOR logo tape or any other damage to the package is damaged in any way. In case of any doubts, refuse to accept the shipment and immediately inform us to agree on further steps. If you take over the shipment and find damage or loss of content, we will not be liable for damage to the shipment at any time through the shipping company. If the seller is unable to deliver the package through the selected carrier due to the size or weight of the shipment, he will inform the customer of the shipping options.
